Steering column swap for tilt/cruise

Hey guys first time asking a question but used the forum many times. I'm looking to buy an 02 5 speed sport trac and was wondering since it doesn't have cruise control or a tilt steering wheel if its possible to pull one from another explorer and get cruise and tilt steering? I've seen threads on a couple ranger forums where guys have done it knowing that the drivetrain and setup are about the same has anyone done this or could lend me some advice it would be appreciated!

Here's a thread where another guy and I added cruise control to our Sport Tracs that came without it. Just swapping steering columns won't get you cruise control. There are other parts involved. I just drove my truck on a 450 mile round trip, mostly interstate, and was very glad to have cruise!
