So just purchased this truck with a few issues:

Issue 1 :So the Window shimmies if you try to put it down, up?

So I'm not sure what would cause that? Thoughts? I don't want to take ir apart until I hve all the parts i need.

Issue 2: Power side mirror switch do not work?

Issue 3: The driver door does not lock. So power lock doe not lock the door, but I can manually lock /unlock the door by pulling the lock. So I hear something when I unlock with the power lock button, but not when I try to lock. Same results from the fob? Thoughts?

I'm thinking lock actuator?

It just wierd to so many problems so maybe a wiring issue?

Anyone else have these issues? How can I fix them?

re. the window:

The regulator can go bad. After 14 years I had to replace the one on my 2001 ST. If you take the door apart for the lock, you could replace the regulator while you're there.

re. the driver door lock

The lock actuator and/or the lock cylinder can go bad. I had to replace both recently when powerlock stopped working on the driver door. Cost was $555 at a Firestone store; it would be a lot cheaper to do it yourself with parts from RockAuto.com

re. side mirror switch, I've had no experience with that.

The switch inside the cab goes bad. I have replaced mine twice. Easy, just pry it out and replace. They are cheep on ebay or Amazon. I order the part and then spray the back of the old switch with electronic cleaner. It will last until the new one gets here.

You could try some silicone lube on the window slides. Things could be just dirty in there.

enjoy, Ed

Might be the actuator rivet. Check these:

Check for a broken wire in the door harness (black rubber accordian in door jam).

I had several break over the years i that harness that bends the wire every time you open and close the door.

Last time It was the outside num pad didn't work, I think it was a blk/pink wire if I remember right.
