New Chinese Nav Unit

So I recently bought a new stereo/navigation unit for my Trac.

It went in no problem. The main problem I'm having is with the speaker volume. It's too high. This is the wire harness I bought. I noticed on the back of the old radio the harness on the left. I have nothing for that connection. Should I have ordered this wire harness instead? I'm thinking the speed volume thing is affecting the radio volume. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have a link to the unit you bought? Hard to tell from the pictures you posted as the forum formatted it weird.

So problem solved. I contacted the seller. They gave me the factory codes. The volume gain was set to max. I guess there was a software glitch. I really love this unit. Thanks.

Can you please say what this "new unit" is? I'd like to take a look at it. The only info you posted about it is that it's a new Chinese unit...

Info on the wiring harness, where'd you get it, part #s
