I swapped out the Roush Tips for Ford Racing Stainless Quads - Had to re-align the tips to take out the stagger but its a clean fit- The sound is amazing - Quiet at 60-70 and like an angry Shelby spitting 500hp at full boost - should have done this years ago instead of the Roush cosmetic look.

Next Stop - The Blower is getting Ported this week - Should Gain 50 more hp then I can finally get the 6 Piston Brakes on the front - been waiting for lines to get made - geesh -

It is my understanding that the limiting component in this engine would be the connecting rods.

Is this a stock sporttrac 4.6 you have or plan to bring up to 500hp at the rear wheels?

how does the stock trans handle all that power?

I did the mods 70,000 ago and am now upgrading to a ported blower - it's an alcohol machine and is tuned for that - not any issues with rotating assembly at all - in the warranty period, all I needed was a new seat heater - the transmission is fine and was retuned too alter the 1-2 shift to self protect -

Runs like a champ - blower ships Monday then we will see how it does

Looks really good. I like it better than the Roush tips as well
