Anyone take a look today? I'm partial, because I'm a die hard Honda fan, but looks like a great replacement for my 2002 ST next year. Not that I'd actually get rid of the ST all together lol.

There are some cool features in it though, much like the original Ridgeline.

IMO, looks MUCH better without the "ridgeback".

I agree I think it looks good overall. The front end is a little soft for me, but I saw an up close video that made it look better than the pictures. Will have to wait in person to see for sure.

1600# payload, 5'4" long bed, 5 foot WIDE FLAT bed, and 5000# towing capabilities (2016 Pilot) make it sound awfully intriguing to me.

The new I-VTM4 system seems pretty cool looking at some Pilot videos and reviews.

Front looks like a Honda accord...... Don't like it.

I love my trac but the new ridgeline will line up identically to the gen one sport trac towing capacity and payload.

How many people with a gen one regularly push that 5000lb limit?

And the gen 2 V6 was rated at 3500lbs in a true "truck"?

I think it is important to give credit where credit is due, just like to the new Colorado.

I only hope Honda does not sell a lot of these because that might convince Ford to go in the same direction with the next US Ranger, assuming they actually build one for us. They did kick that idea around a couple of years ago. Excuse was that the current world Ranger was too close in size and price to the F-150 so a new Ranger would need to be much smaller and more fuel efficient. In other words, Ford doesn't want to risk having the Ranger steal sales away from the F-150 regardless of what consumers really need or want. Social engineering at its finest.

Unless final specs and pricing highlight something unfit for me, they can assume that I'll be one sale. This is the perfect replacement for my generation one sport trac in my mind. Same stats, better ride, more interior space, more efficient, more creature comforts, and add the Honda sensing package into that, it sounds pretty hard to beat for my needs.
