anybody have a bike rack for a ST with the hard top bed cover? I made my own for the inside of the bed from a project on this site a couple years ago, but what about the TOP of the cover?

I found a couple in the Projects area, looks like I can use the one for inside the bed and strap it to the top of the cover if I had to. Would rather not take the front tire off everytime though, always takes a little adjusting to get the brakes to stop rubbing

I think the one I'm thinking of, he bolted the bracket for the front forks to the factory bed cover, so you'd need to remove the wheel. I'm with you, I'd rather not have that hassle.

I added two of these (link below) to the front of my hardcover bed. I epoxied t-nuts to the underside and used hex bolts to hold them on, that way I can remove them if needed. I don;t even have to tie down rear wheels as the bikes stay put. If I go on a long road trip then I strap them down and lock'em. Fits right in my garage with front wheels off. Works great!
