still having trouble getting over the loss of my beloved bernie (aka racing name, washburn drive).

he had gasto cancer at 10 years of age and had to go to take a trip over the rainbow bridge earlier this month.

he was a loving perfect gentleman that will be in our hearts forever.

so give your doggie a big hug ,a treat and cherish the time they are with you.

miss you bernie RIP

Gary, I feel your pain. Back in 2008 we lost our shepard mix to stomach cancer. It sucked because everything was perfectly normal right up to the point where she presented with symptoms. Just last year we lost our Australian Shepard, the 2 dogs were best friends, to the exact same cancer under the exact same situation. Both dogs were under 10 years old. Dogs are awesome and I will never be without one.

Sorry to hear it Gary. Sometimes a dog or a cat, has such a wonderful personality. It is a thought or a feeling that sticks in our heart. The rest of our lives. I have had a few in the past. I still remember them. Most times it is good thought, nowdays. Sometimes I will remeber a certain situation that chokes me up.

My prayers are with you, to have a blessed weekend.

Eddie

That's rough, sorry to hear. The numerous good memories will eventually stick more than the most recent.

Gary, so sorry to hear this news as we know it all too well. He and Hunter are running pain free after crossing The Rainbow Bridge.
