What is the Strike-Hold product you used? Would any electrical contact cleaner be sufficient? I just tried to engage the 4WD and....nothing. No sound. No lights. Nothing. Hoping this fix will rectify the issue.

I had the recall performed...they put in the jury-rigged harness. Cruise worked for about 3 months and then died. I haven't had the desire to spend time dealing with it. Anyone else experience any issues AFTER the recall was performed?

I am starting to wonder if my inoperable horn is due to this. I thought that it stemmed from my overly sensitive dealer-installed Ford alarm system. My horns were getting weaker before they quit altogether. I replaced the horns themselves along with the relay.
