I am curious about what these what look like supports from the frame to the body are called. I several that have rusted out and failed inspection. Can these be replaced? Picture included. any help would be greatly appreciated. 2003 Sportrac 160.00 Miles Sean230.

I have a lot of Rust on all of these Supports. 2003 Sport Trac XLT. I am not sure what they are called but I need to fix them if possible to pass Inspection. Can anyone shed some light on this Picture
