did you have to put the wheels on the fender wells? thus does it stand up higher than the cab?

no no I am talking about holding the locks in place-tight. the cover sits in the strikers/brackets securely.

I just got a used Ford hard tonneau cover(bi-fold) and the locks "insecure" and not tight . What makes them tight on the cover? Only one of the two locks have and small 3"-4" metal bracket on it to secure it down. Should both locks have one???? Perhaps someone can take pictures of the locks on...
