KL, that 180 min. rating is the distance time wise that the plane is allowed to fly from an airfield. Used to be 60 min. a long time ago. The newer ratings are 120 min. and 180 Min.

Transmission coolant lines 2001 Sport Trac

You can also use copper tubing available from a hardware or plubming store. It is plenty strong for a tranny line & will not rust.

    Switch

I have replaced that switch 2 time with the same result. The last time it startes acting up I just took it apart and bent the metal contacts inside so they would not have as much clearance. The switch has worked fine for 2 years. It requires a little patience but it seems a new one will just...

    Limited Slip Question

If you use the emergency brake when this happens you will usually get favorable results. It will slow down the spinning wheel & transfer power to the other side while leaving your front wheels free to turn so you can free yourself.

    Buying strategy

Also when shopping dealers, if they are close by, as in my case, I have test driven a vehicle from one dealer to another. It shows that you are in the market and automatically seems to put them in a better negotiating mood.

    X-Plan question

You may want to find out which price is better. x-plan or taking all the rebates. When I purchased mine I got a better deal myself than using the x-plan pricing. If you have already ordered a vehicle you may not have much negotiating room since you have probably already agreed on a price but my...

    adding factroy sub and amp

Ivan, I had tried to do the same thing & then someone turned me on to an 8" self amplified Bazooka. Circuit City sells them. I am wery happy with the sound, the installation was very easy & you may want to hold of on the aftermarket door speakers until after you install it. you will be...

    How much motorcycle?

I have hauled my suzuki Bandit 600 in the bed of mine w/o any problems. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you use the rachet type straps, you can actually tighten them to the point where the bed will warp. As soon as you release them they will go back but you don't need that much...

factory sub with basic factory radio

I installed a bazooka 8 inch under the back seat on the right side & I am very pleased with it. I got the model that is amplified. Installation took about 2-3 hours and combined with the factory radio it really sounds great. Good luck

    iPod

Billy, the adapter from logjam mentioned above works great. Unfortunately it wont work with a 6 disc changer unles it is able to control an external cd changer. My mustang has one of these units so I know they exist. Your options if you want to keep an O.E. h/u would be to switch to a single...

    Factory Sub

I was very pleased with the 8" bazooka tube. I got the one that has the amp built in. Very simple install and id fits neatly under the right side back seat. The sound is also very impressive, I barely have mine turned up. Good Luck.
