Well yes, I have jumped my brother in law a few times....

I have 265 on mine as well and I notice a difference compared to my friends 255's, But it depends, Mine are 265/70/16, thats about a 31in tire. so about a inch difference

I have a Panasonic that I put in for long trips with the family, And Yes like SwsHawaii said you do have to trim, its not much, there is a small 1/4in raise on the bottom that I cut out, piss poor job though, considering I dont have a dremel :P
