    Which replacment radiator to get

KOYO RADIATOR and Denso are aftermarket choices, if they make one. Why not get an OEM FORD?

    Rear Main Engine Seal

I would never go 10,000 miles on any oil.

    Rear Main Engine Seal

Old engines can have death of a thousand cuts. I would power wash the complete engine first. Take care of covering up the alternator and coil. It's hard to track an oil leak if the engine has leaks all over. Even with dye it is not a 100% call. Keep in mind that your RMS will leak down and not...

    Battery Light On

You should remove and clean every ground points you can find. Around the engine bay you have a few. Remove your kick panels in the cab. You have a few there also. Try the wiggle test with all the connections. Did you scan the PCM? If it is a flooded lead battery. Check the voltage at each cell...

    Battery Light On

If you check the voltage at the back of the alternator and at the battery? Are they the same?

    Aloha: PCM ECU questions

What year truck do you have? It is very easy to do the installation. The problem is that it will not start after. Even with the correct box code and calibration code, you still need the reflash. If Ford will install it and reflash it for $220.00, let them do it. The main thing during a...

    Aloha: PCM ECU questions

We send a few PCMs and BCMs out for repair over the years. Sometimes it worked out great, sometimes not so good. I think you would be better if you have your PCM repaired.

    Aloha: PCM ECU questions

Those are very common codes. If you checked the wire schematic, I would guess they all share a common ground circuit at the PCM. I had a customers 2010 Explorer Limited 4.0 with similar codes. Going with the flowchart, check replace sensors as needed. Check, repair, replace engine harness. Time...

    Aloha: PCM ECU questions

That's seems to be a common problem with these PCMs. Are you having any drivability issues or just the CEL? What I find is the ground circuit starts to fail in the PCM. Do you know the codes? On a side note. Be very careful with people who PM you about someone who has a good used PCM for...
