Not to hijack the thread, but I have a 'similar' problem. It is just on the passenger side - sometimes blows warmer or hot air when on A/C. Drivers side is always cold. Does this in either dual or normal mode. Which blend door would I need to look at? Thanks

Nice Job !! My previous 04 had a ripped lid when I got it and I tried the patch/repair route. Looked ok for about 1 year then it started again.

Been that way ever since I joined.

I should have also mentioned, you can sometime hear what I am assuming the blend door moving when it switches from heat to a/c or a/c to heat.

The passenger side of my 09 switches back and forth from heat to a/c randomly. I have searched and found a lot of post on the blend doors not working, or only coming out defrost vent etc. This (my) problem occurs no matter what setting I have it on; Heat, A/C, vent, floor etc. Drivers side works...
