the front hub on sport trac comes as an assem(hub&bearing abs sensor also). there is no need to brake it down to replace bearing. 1 nut on axle, 3 bolts that hold hub assem to knukle.someone is doing it wrong.

if u r talking about cable inside window regulat that is all twisted, the regulator assem needs to be replaced. there are no componet parts aval. sportrac member price is 74.00

belt problem can also be caused by water pump pulley. ford has up graded part # to 06 suppose to take care belt noise. what they have done is raised the center of pulley,to give better grip.so instead of flat surface, it now has a small crown on contact surface.
