I went XM Direct as well... my screen looks exactly like the lit up alpine in the first picture in this post except mine is a double-din flush mount (a little work on the dash required).

I have the 10W3v2-D4 as well.. and my box is stuffed with poly but I'm running a JLAudio 250/1 to it so I think if you're running enough power, it would be a good idea to start with a good amount and back off if you think it's too muffled. Mine is not too muffled and my box is stuffed..

I have the ProBox as well because at the time, it was the only down-firing 10" enclosure with a mounting depth of >=5.75". I wanted to use a JL Audio 10W3v2-D4 which is definately using all of the mounting depth available. I agree with the general observation that the subwoofer has very little...
You might also consider the JL Audio 1000/1. Delivers 1000 watts into 1.5-4 ohms with an input voltage between 11 and 14.4 volts. It's stable down to 1.5 so I would check into the .5 ohm split hair... Great Amps though... I have a 250/1 and a 450/4 in my SportTrac.

I have 6" round's mounted on a custom plate with tweeters mounted in the upper part of the front doors. The custom plates were only $22.00 a pair at Car Toys.

eh, I'm all grow'd up now... I have pretty tough skin so that stuff doesn't bother me.
Quite honestly, if anyone here knows ANYTHING about the Focal K2Ps they would know that I probably don't even need tweeters in the back. I even debated going with 6" JL Audio Subs instead... ;)...
The rear speakers are really filler and if I would have mounted the tweeters too high, I would have over-brightened the sound up high. Ideally, I maybe could have gone with the coaxial and directed the tweeters. And, you can direct these tweeters in their bodies and they are directed slightly...
Okay, I know, but I just got it back... I needed to take some "completed" pics. So, here are the "completed" pics I have so far...

I highly recommend JL Audio's new slash series amps. They are stable down to 1.5 ohms and they deliver constant power regardless of input power (11-14.5vdc). The 250/1 delivers 250 watts RMS into 1.5-4 ohm loads. For more information on the 250/1, go to the following link...
Jeff,
I had my Bezel customized to fit the IVA-W200 from Alpine. I will get some pics up tomorrow. I don't have the "before install" pics yet (installer has them on his camera) but I can capture some post install pics if you want to see what it looks like. I posted the "2003 Sport...
So, I love to do custom AV installs in cars but as of late, I've had no time for such an adventure. Two weeks ago, I solicited Car Toys to install a system in my Sport Trac and I have to say, it's quite incredible. The only functionality I lost was storage behind the back seat (not like...
