I'm trying to decide between KYB Monomax or Rancho RS5000. What's your preference and why?

My reverse band gave out, did the same thing. It lasted about 2 days then it was done. I Ended up getting a rebuild at AAMCO. They put a heavier duty band and a shift kit with the rebuild along with a 10 year warranty.

Dealer replaced, it solved the smell but I also had a gas cap light on the dash. Dealer replaced is why it cost so much.

There is a evaporation canister in the back that I had to replace and it isn't cheap

Thanks Yardsale. I use to have Revo's I now have Nokians on the factory wheel, I believe 265/75 - 16. Revo's were better handling but wore out completely around 35,000 miles and they got real noisy. I have the EE sway bar too, I need a quick release link for the off road though.

I replaced the factory shocks at about 30K miles and the front shocks wouldn't even rebound after I compressed them easily by hand! I have Monroe/Napa Reflex since. I now have 115,000 miles thinking about a change. Sensatracks?
