Parts For Sale New MOOG Control Arm Bushings -Pair - K200195

I have a pair new MOOG control arm bushings number K200195 for sale, new in box, sealed in their original plastic. One box had the side come unglued so it was taped back together. These are the large bushings on the front lower control arms. I had plans to replace the ones on my truck but have...

2007 Ford Explorer sport trac transmission rebuild

Did you use the alignment tools for the converter & pump?

2007 Ford Explorer sport trac transmission rebuild

I would look for the part number for that bolt and call your nearest Ford dealer service department, they should be able to order it for you.

I also highly recommend you bore out and install bushings in the servo bores instead of going the fixsolutions servo route. You have the case out and empty, and now is the time for a correct, permanent repair; contact some transmission shops in the area to find someone who can do it for you...

2007 Ford Explorer sport trac transmission rebuild

I put this in a PM to you earlier but figured I'd post here too should anyone be following this in the future. Typically when you buy a rebuild kit and they don't identify with specificity a name brand, you're getting generic clutches and bands. When you see them state names like Raybestos, the...

Low RPM idle on 2008 4L 6 cylinder

I should revise my post above to make it more clear and say, remove the intake pipe to the throttle body, not the intake manifold itself. You can remove the throttle body easily and clean it up completely that way but I'd still suggest the seafoam to clean up your intake, valves etc. once you...

Low RPM idle on 2008 4L 6 cylinder

2008 doesn't have the idle control valve so the above post won't help you. You can take off the intake and check out the butterfly valve to see how bad it is. I ran a can of seafoam through mine when I had it and it did wonders to clean it up.

You will void the warranty for most, if not all companies, if you install their remanufactured transmission yourself. They want it to be professionally installed.

Also, you probably should have checked the fluid level before doing all of this just to be sure that wasn't the issue all along.

2007 Ford Explorer sport trac transmission rebuild

I try to get transmission bands or clutches that are name brand, so that is why I was interested in the Raybestos kit which I think is also on eBay. When I was faced with this, my biggest problem was when you add up the rebuild kit, the case with the bores done or the tools to bore the case...

2007 Ford Explorer sport trac transmission rebuild

The transmission should be a 5r55S, not E. I researched the process when I was planning to rebuild the transmission in my 07. You'll either need to buy a case that already has the bores already done or buy the tools to do it yourself. At that time, I had already purchased a reman torque...

'08 Engine drops below 500rpm, even stalls, on power draw from electrics

First, I would remove and clean out the throttle body and see if that helps (I don't think this year uses a IAC valve). Then I would test the voltage at the battery engine running, idle. Then have someone hit the window switches while still checking the voltage and see how low it drops. It could...

    2019 Ranger disappointment...

Hello all. Last year I was faced with the issue of needing to replace my 07 ST. I just put new tires on it, rebuilt the front end, and replaced quite a few parts on it to make it last. But at the end of the day, the transmission was going out and once I turned the CEL off after fixing one thing...

    5r55s band adjustment

The transmission had 151,129 miles on it and still going. The severity of the bumping on downshifts was getting slightly worse, and the shifts began feeling odd to me (not shifting at the correct times). Over 10 years of making sure everything was in working order right down to replacing the...

    Another harmonic balancer failure

Fixed it on Saturday and back on the road. Took about an 1 / 1.5 hours. The biggest PITA was finding bolts long enough to go into the balancer to pull it. Admittedly, I drove about 60 miles with the belt riding on the rubber bits left over on the balancer so I do consider myself lucky...
