Gave her new brakes on the front, an A/C recharge, a nice wash, and she's good to go! One of the front rotors was broke into two pieces, Glad I went ahead and fixed that!

Well, The old 2002 ST, which has pretty much sat idle since December... 240K on the odometer. Was saving it for the teenager to drive, but he didn't want it. I parked it, been meaning to do brakes on it for a while, but problems with my back prevent me from doing too much these days, and time...

I went with an aftermarket Pioneer unit when I had my '10. I really liked it, and it looked pretty good.

Traded in the 2010 ST today... It was bittersweet... With my new job, and a pay cut, I ended up with a 2013 Fusion 2.0 EcoBoost. Payment, Gas, and Insurance are all cheaper. But... I'll still be around... I still have my wonderful 2002 ST still putting along after 210,000 Miles. :)...

Thanks for the info. At this time, I'm not ready to write it off as anything environmental. The problem is only on the hood panel. The roof of the vehicle is flawless, the top of the fenders right next to the hood, where its the worst, are flawless. I would think I would at least see...

I have the Pioneer Avic BT-320Z in my 2010. Was able to use steering wheel buttons, and it has sync-like features, which BT to your phone. Looks pretty sharp, I can post pick if you'd like.

On my 2010 ST, The paint on the hood is pitting, and you can pick off the clear coat on the spots. It all over the front hood, Mainly on the passenger side, near the windshield. No other parts of the truck have this. It's definitely not from rocks flying while driving, but is a flaw...

Still use my 02 ST as my everyday runner. 220K and still running strong. I have a feeling the new 2010 ST I have won't last as long, just doesn't feel as "tough" Congrats! I'm sure she has a few more years to go.
