Not sure this is it. Maybe my mistake. I just need the lower strip that goes across the bottom and seals against the glass (on the back side of the glass).

Thanks guys. Yep. Clips broke. One got caught near the deflector lift an prevented full closure. Removed the deflector and the stops. Noted some leakage around where one of the stops were when it rained. Filled gap with silicone.

Hello all, Sunroof closes up to about the last 1/2 inch. The deflector may be part to blame. It is attached by two clips I guess you could call them, one on each side. The right side clip appears to be broken since I can lift the defector up and away. I would appreciate any guidance or...

Hello and and thanks for the replies. To be clear, the whine is really more of a screech. I am familiar with the whine these trucks make whilst in lower gears. Sorry for the misinformation. Fluid level is OK. Shifter seems to feel normal. As mentioned, flat road, no issues.
