What does everyone want or expect to see at this year's show which starts this coming weekend?
I'm hoping to see the 2019 Ranger but I don't expect it to look much different from the T6 Ranger that has been sold just about everywhere but North America since 2011. At this point I just want to know what drivetrains we will be getting since I don't think there is much hope for any significant styling updates.

I'm more curious as to what axles, suspension, and drivetrain will be underneath.
I think the suspension will be very similar to the current global T6 Ranger. Spring rates will probably be tuned for North American preferences meaning a better ride at the expense of payload. As far as axles, that is a really good question. Earlier test mules looked like they had the same axles as the Colorado/Canyon and Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which use the Dana M200 up front and Dana M220 in back. However, the tan show truck at Detroit had the same rear axle as the global T6. The only difference was the rear disc brakes in place of drums. There is speculation that the show truck does not have all the latest equipment. As far as I know they never even opened the hood and it was reported that some of the body parts were fiberglass. Definitely a pre-production show vehicle and probably built with a T6 chassis, cab and drivetrain with a fiberglass hood, bed, etc.
